Возможности музыкальной терапии в лечении артериальной гипертензии

Анотація
Представлен обзор исследований, посвященных практическому применению музыкальной терапии в комплексном лечении артериальной гипертензии. Проанализированы данные научных работ, опубликованных за последние 5 лет в журналах, индексируемых наукометрическими базами Scopus, Web оf Science и PubMed. Анализ свидетельствует, что основное влияние музыки на регуляцию артериального давления реализуется через эмоциональное состояние и вегетативную нервную систему человека. В зависимости от сочетания характеристик (тембр, мелодия, тональность, гармония, метроритм, темп, звуковысотность) музыка избирательно стимулирует или тормозит симпатические или парасимпатические влияния на сердечно-сосудистую систему. Благодаря способности ослаблять стресс и патологические адренергические влияния музыкальная терапия позволяет снизить частоту сокращений сердца и артериальное давление, уменьшить потребность миокарда в кислороде, снизить тонус периферических сосудов сопротивления. Поскольку такие гемодинамические эффекты весьма позитивно сказываются на клиническом течении артериальной гипертензии, музыкальная терапия обладает большим потенциалом и имеет перспективы использования в практической кардиологии.
